VoltPitch
Cyber Tactical Blitz

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 15 July 2026  •  Version 1.0
This Privacy Policy explains how VoltPitch: Cyber Tactical Blitz ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you play. We built VoltPitch to be fun and respectful of your privacy — the game runs almost entirely on your device.

1. Information We Handle

2. How We Use It

Information is used solely to operate and improve the game: to display your avatar, remember your progress, tune difficulty of AI nodes, and fix bugs. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Camera & Photo Permissions

Camera and photo-library access are used only when you actively choose to set or change your avatar. You can revoke these permissions at any time in your device Settings. Denying them does not block gameplay — a default synthetic avatar is used instead.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your avatar and progress live in the App's private storage on your device. Any diagnostic data we receive is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in access-controlled systems.

5. Children's Privacy

VoltPitch is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

6. Third-Party Services

Optional live "Hackathon" tournaments and analytics may be powered by third-party providers who process data under their own privacy policies. We share only the minimum required to deliver the feature.

7. Your Choices

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date.
